1. Introduction
Welcome to Venture Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services.
By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree to:
- Provide clear and accurate project requirements
- Supply all required content (text, images, branding) in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the legal rights to all provided content
- Respond to communication and approvals promptly
Delays in client response may impact project timelines.
4. Project Scope & Revisions
- All work is based on an agreed scope (quote, proposal, or written agreement)
- Revisions are limited to what is defined in the agreed scope
- Any additional features or changes outside the original scope will be billed separately
- Venture Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by scope changes
5. Go-Live & Post-Launch Changes
- Once a website is approved and goes live, the initial project is considered complete
- Any further changes, updates, or improvements after go-live require an active support or maintenance agreement
- Post-launch work is subject to the terms of the client’s specific contract and may incur additional fees
6. Payments
- Payment terms are agreed upon prior to project commencement
- Projects may require upfront or milestone-based payments
- Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services or delayed delivery
7. Refund Policy
All payments made to Venture Technologies are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
8. Hosting & Maintenance
Where hosting or maintenance services are provided:
- We aim to maintain high uptime and performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary downtime
- Security updates and routine maintenance are included where agreed
- Backup responsibility will be defined in the client’s contract
9. Website Support
- Ongoing support is only provided to clients with an active support or maintenance agreement
- Support includes updates, fixes, and minor changes as defined in the client’s contract
- Response and resolution times may vary depending on the support agreement in place

10. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
For clients with active support agreements, we aim to respond within:

11. Subscription / Ongoing Services
For hosting, maintenance, or support plans:
- Services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- Services remain active only while payments are up to date
- Cancellation may be made at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods
- Pricing may be updated with reasonable notice
12. Intellectual Property
- All work remains the property of Venture Technologies until full payment has been received
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final website is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed
- Venture Technologies retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information private and not disclose it without prior consent.
14. POPIA Compliance (Protection of Personal Information Act)
Venture Technologies complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
We commit to:
- Collecting personal information lawfully and only where necessary
- Using information solely for its intended purpose
- Protecting personal data against unauthorized access or loss
- Not sharing personal information without consent unless required by law
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with POPIA.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Venture Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- These Terms are breached
- Payments are not made
- Required by law
17. Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party providers (e.g., hosting infrastructure, plugins, domains). We are not responsible for:
- Third-party failures or downtime
- Security vulnerabilities outside our control
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
